Wallace “Wally” Wolodarsky is an American actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter. He has directed the films Coldblooded (1995), which he wrote; Sorority Boys, and Seeing Other People, which he co-wrote; and co-directed and co-wrote the film The Good House. He has also co-written the films The Rocker, Monsters vs. Aliens, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, A Dog’s Purpose, The Polka King, A Dog’s Journey, and Trolls World Tour. He wrote for the shows The Tracey Ullman Show and The Simpsons. He had a voice role in the film Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Wallace is married to screenwriter, television producer, and director Maya Forbes, with whom he has three children, including actress Imogene Wolodarsky. Wallace and Maya often co-write projects, and Maya was Wallace’s co-director on The Good House.
